WHEN BOOKING COLOUR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE
Always book a colour before a cut or styling service.
Colour services do not include a cut or style and needs to be booked separately.
A finishing service is required following all colour appointments. If you do not require a blow dry, book a ‘quick dry’.
APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES
If you know you are going to be late for your appointment, please contact us immediately to see if your appointment can be accommodated.
If you are running 15 minutes or later for your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or the service altered. This may include a dry cut without a blow-dry or a partial rather than full highlights. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
24 hours notice is required for all appointment cancellations, or a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service(s) will be charged.
LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS
No-show appointmentswill be charged the full amount of the appointments booked and all future appointments will require prepayment at the time of booking.
